| Adoniram Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No 552 held their business meeting on Wednesday 22nd October at Liverpool Masonic Hall. WBro Peter Taaffe opened the meeting and went straight in to the business of day. | |

| Among the items up for discussion was a change to the by-laws, relating to meeting dates. The Installation will take place at the March meeting, which will be held on the last day of March; (except where the date falls on a weekend then the meeting will be moved to the preceding Friday). | |

| The October meeting will be held on the 4th Wednesday of that month. The other main item at the meeting was the election of officers for the ensuing year. Bro Bob Povall was declared Commander elect; WBro Steve Walls declared Treasurer elect and WBro Derek Gaskell, declared Warder. | |

| At the completion of the business WBro Taaffe thanked WBro Andy Whittle for taking on the office of scribe and he also thanked WBro Les Moore for the years that he had put in as the Lodge Treasurer. With the meeting closed it was time for a meal and some nice wine and good conversation. | |
